However there's a noticeable white noise level when it's quiet, although not bad enough to be really distracting.Also the USB C socket (i.e. the one next to the 3.5mm audio socket) is a bit loose so the charging cable tends to fall out if it takes a bit of weight and is wriggled around for a while. It lacks the final snap that the phone socket has. (And no, it's not the usual lint-in-the-socket problem.) ### ⭐⭐ Didn't last *by G***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 November 2018* The Google one failed after 6 months of constant use so I thought I'd get a different one and see if it would do any better. It didn't fit overly snug in in the phone (Google pixel 2) although while it worked it had good sound quality and worked but after a month of not overly heavy use it stopped working within a few days from when it first became temperamental.I would like a refund as it wasn't fit for use in my opinion, only lasting a month for over £10 however there was no option to contact the seller on Amazon. I will be going back to the Google converter as it lasted much longer, with more use and I think looks nicer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Microphone doesn't work *by T***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 August 2018* I have a Pixel 2. This allows you to play music into headphones and charge at the same time. I use it in my car, and I wanted to be able to play music through the Aux input and use the microphone to talk to the Google assistant, but it turns off the phone microphone. The original Google dongle without the extra USB C port doesn't affect the microphone.
