I contact Werner but they said to contact the seller on desertcart. So, I reached out to them about the missing part. They not only responded within 1 business day, they also sent out a replacement with no additional questions asked within a couple of days later. When possible, I will buy from this seller again - highly recommended! Review: good price - This ladder bar was a good price including shipping. It came in a damaged package but the assembly parts were securely taped to the bar so they did not get lost. The bar is only 10 inches deep but works well. Seems that they could make it 12 inches for little more and it would work better. It was great for painting around windows and to give me a better sense of security. I was suprised how easy my friend set it up on his ladder. I read the instructions and was ready to give him help but he attached it with no problem. We were both greatful that it arrived when it did.
