Customer service is sometimes everything! UPDATE: Well, after a few more weeks, we have noticed rust appearing on the edges of the knives and the bowls of the spoons. Not at all happy about this. This is NOT an inexpensive set! Reducing my review to 2 stars. I was counting on this set to be used for years. Some of the rust was able to be removed, but as you can see with the spoon, it's not just a few small spots, it's a lot. Beautiful, classic and stylish. This set has some good weight to the pieces, but is not overly heavy. The handles are easy and comfortable to grip. We have only had them for a few weeks, but they are holding up well - even in the dishwasher. For the look, feel and quality, they were worth the prices and a very good value. Do note that the bowls of the spoons are on the large size, so they might not be a good fit for younger or small children to use.

I’m very happy with the silverware. It is just the right size and weight that I was hoping for. Not super heavy but definitely not lightweight. It feels like good quality silverware. Steak Knives really make this set stand out from other similar sets. They are extremely sharp and attractive, making them a wonderful choice for extreme carnivores. Would be nice to purchase these separately as well though. The overall weight of and thickness of each item reassures one that they won't bend when ploughing into hard ice cream etc. All the cutler except knives are stamped 18/10 and they are confirmed to be so with a magnet test. The knives are similar confirmed 18/0 and have attractive branding "Kingstone" on the blades. Overall very happy, so much so we've ordered another set.
