This made my necessary aerobic exercise an exercise in pain for the longest time, which was a true demotivator: 30-45 minutes in, 3-4 hours of severe pain out. I spent a lot of time crying. I would also sometimes get post-workout asthma attacks. Now if I'm going in for a session that's longer than 10 minutes, I take 2 of these combined with 500 mg (750 mg if I am doing more serious muscle work beyond aerobics and just a few muscle machines) of N Acetyl L-Carnitine about 20-25 minutes before I start, and wow... wow... wow. It's amazing ! I not only don't have the post-workout pain *AT ALL*, nor any post-workout asthma, but I also have much more energy during the workout, and can last longer. I thank the Lord for such a blessing. It made my life functional again, and this combination of Oxydrene and N Acetyl L-Carnitine did it immediately! *Note, they say it is the L- Carnitine and not the N Acetyl which does a better job of burning fat and converting energy with the Mitochondria (main issue is dysfunction here with Fibromyalgia) - but I discovered this combo initially by accident because I was trying to improve my memory and taking the other. I've tried L-Carnitine, and it works too, but I have to take more and don't get quite as nice of an effect - I'd say try both and see which works best for you ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great supplement *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 10 October 2019* This works well to give you the extra bit of wind needed to keep going that extra mile. These pills make a world of difference on my walks and work outs enabling me to complete them with gas in the tank! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Short race/training answer. *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on 22 December 2014* So they claimed in the other 2 reviews this is good, i will share my experiences..I took it for a few cycling century races and this is what i found:It gives me a good boost for my 1st 30-40miles, after that i'm so weak cant even go on a high cadence at 20mph. It drained everything out of you.
