Review: GREAT FOR BAKING COOKIES - I learned something about butter last Christmas, our conventional sweet butter only has 11% Fat, Vital and other European butter have 12% fat. When you are baking that 1% makes a big difference on your cookies wether they are spreading too much or not. I spend the extra $$ and since I changed the butter I used my cookies don't spread to flat anymore.

**Q: Is it organic?**
A: It's not certified organic, but I found it to be on par with Kerrygold (which isn't certified organic either).

**Q: is this clarified?**
A: No. This is butter. Clarified butter is ghee. But you can clarify it yourself.

**Q: Is this grass fed I do not see it on the packaging?**
A: Yes I believe it is - it does say it somewhere.

I really like this butter. Tastes great and love that it comes in paper wrappers vs. foil or some other wrappers that may not even be the best for us. And the paper is more eco friendly too. Most important the butter is grass fed and tastes great!!
