I bought the 4" x 30mm thick neoprene insulation, and it's absolutely great—high-quality material at a really fair price. They arrived folded and flattened; this didn't harm them. They are easy to cut to size. They aren't split length-wise, so unless you have piping they can slide over, they need to be split, which is easy. I wanted to put them around some PVC pipes. I had to attach velcro pieces to get them to stay in place.
