Install took about 3 hours. Wiring directions were good. Biggest problem was disassembling the hood. there are 6 hidden screws under black caps that are hard to remove. The plastic screws holding the glass are easy. There are 4 screws ( 2 holding brackets) that need to come out of the reflector. After installing LED lights you will only be able to put 2 back in because of the size of the led light frame. The end caps they talk about removing are the vents on either side of the hood. You need all the previous step done to pop these out. I also drill a hole through the right side vent (facing the tank) about 1 inch from the back to add the dimmer. Re-assembling went OK but you need to take your time. Test your new light before completing re-assembly. 4 stars instead of 5 for the lack of decent disassembly instructions.
