Firmware needed to be updated, but that was expected. Some functions don't always work right away, but if you press the button a few times it will. Overall love it! - **Model Name:** FaderPort 16 - **Product Dimensions:** 30.2D x 49.8W x 5.4H cm ## Images ![PreSonus FaderPort 16 16-channel Mix Production Controller - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81+tuIMXUXL.jpg) ![PreSonus FaderPort 16 16-channel Mix Production Controller - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61YjVHoH4LL.jpg) ![PreSonus FaderPort 16 16-channel Mix Production Controller - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81wsPqAveiL.jpg) ![PreSonus FaderPort 16 16-channel Mix Production Controller - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/512Lui4hqmL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: this function better that the original fader port with Logic Pro? 1st one never really got a driver to make it function well, was half baked** A: Ihqve rheoriginsl and it’s finicky for sure, mostly whenever Apple or Logic drops an upgrade. But I’ve learned most of the tricks to get it functional again, and as they say, what doesn’t kill you.... **Q: Will this presonus iostation 24c 2x2 usb-c audio interface work with bandlab cakewalk daw???** A: Yes. It uses standard usb drivers so if it works with your computer, it should work with any up to date software. **Q: Is 110v or 220?** A: Any products sold in ths USA by a USA dealer are going to be 110 unless they specifically indicate a world wide power supply (very rare,) so this is 110 **Q: Does this work with Guarge band** A: Yah I,m prety sure it work wit Guarge band ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best controller for any recording software! *by M***S on 2019年4月29日にカナダでレビュー済み* Using it with Logic Pro X and works like a charm.
