## Description

During the last century, astronomers have been searching for distant planets to explain the unique trajectory of the solar system. Featuring designs by Ben Rosset and Matthew O'Malley, art by Michael Pedro and James Masino, players play the role of astronomers and explore this fictional planet using observation and logical reasoning. Each game, companion app will randomly select the placement and location of the planet X objects according to the predefined logic rules. Each round, as the earth moves around the sun, players use the app to perform scans and attend meetings. Once you get information about the position of an object, it marks the information on the dictation sheet. As players learn the position of various objects, they can begin to publish theories. If you believe that a player knows where it is and the object on both sides, you can use the app to make a search. When a player finds the Planet X, the game ends and every player has a final chance to earn additional points. Pará el juego en solitario el nivel de la IA deduce aproximadamente en 6 turnos la ubicación del planeta X pero esto es bastante equilibrado ya que si juegas bien tus turnos y realizas las deducciones de manera adecuada puedes ganarle con las teorías si aun no tienes idea de la posición del planeta X. Los componentes son de muy buena calidad y si quieres ser aún más tecnológico se puede utilizar una tablet para realizar las anotaciones y no gastar en papel. Muy recomendado, juego competitivo, sencillo de entender y con mucha jugabilidad.

A: It has a ton of replayability. The app generates a new “puzzle” every time.

**Q: Is using tge app required and if it is can it be downloaded to sn ipad . My husband hates using apps. Sonif yhis is needed I dont think he wants it.**

A: There is a big sheet book of them. A person should have plenty of them to not have to worry about running for a long while. I think they provide a link to where you can print more, as well.

Yes an app is used. No it's not a secret. Don't understand that review. The app works well and is a small part of this fantastic game. It also makes the game indefinitely more playable. Should you not want to use the app (or the web based version), then the developer has released files so a human can take over the app duties. You can find these on 'board game geek'. Anyway I love this game. Plays excellent at two players and solo mode is a good challenge too with various levels of difficulty to try out.
