## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you Wallpaper over this liner?**
A: Yes.  As long as it is properly affixed to the substrate, I would have no reservations about applying wallpaper over this liner.  Please follow manufacturer’s instructions.

**Q: Can paper seams be seen after applied on the wall?**
A: The manufacturer recommends that the paper is hung horizontally so that the vertical seams of the wallpaper that is hung over it don’t match and create a heavy seam. I used a white wallpaper over the wall liner with a pattern that isn’t continuous. If you look long and hard, you might be able to see a seam. They certainly aren’t readily noticeable.

**Q: Is this liner removable? We may need to remove it before selling in a couple years.**
A: I depends on the sub surface and how strongly it is applied/pasted to the wall.   If I hung it it will be put up to stay.   It will be removeable but with lots of effort .  Most all wallpwper is removable/strippable but some will peel right off and some will come down with lots of elbow grease.

**Q: How mould and mildew resistant is this roduct?**
A: It's paper, so subject to mold and mildew.   But if you use a mildew resistant adhesive and cover with a water resistant paper or paint, it should be okay.  I used it in a bathroom four years ago with no problems.
