Making my own AIP dough takes so much time and so many ingredients and rarely turns out. This made two pizzas so at the end that is about right in price. Two meals from it. Easy - just mix water and oil. This was one of the last things on AIP Amazon I tried due to price but I will order regularly now that I see the ease, value, and taste. I made an AIP pesto, cooked ground turkey, squash, red onion, and asparagus, and topped it. What I really liked is I gave the second pizza to my husband and even he enjoyed it which is good because he doesn't much care for my new AIP diet. I made his a little different with cheese.
