I have purchased it several times, and I always come back to it. The neutralizer does a pretty good job at neutralizing circles, though I require a layer of a different color of the same concealer on top of the neutralizer, that is because I have very dark circles and fair skin. It is highly pigmented and softer than some stick concealers. I have not experienced it drying out, even after wearing it all day. It stays on with a setting spray, and does settle into creases around the eyes, but if you pat the creases out and use a setting spray, it stays put most of the day. In the summer, it does not hold up extremely well to heat and sweat, but for the price, it is excellent, in my opinion. It is a reliable, inexpensive option for maturing skin.
