上に横たわった瞬間は気持ちいいので20分いける、と思いきやその後の10分が痛くて辛いです。身体に力が入ってしまいます。でもそこから後は寝入ってしまうこともあるくらい温かくてリラックスします。慣れてくると辛い時間が短くなります。今では5分ほどで気持ちいいゾーンに入ります。リラックスできる曲をかけて寝転べば辛い時間もすぐに過ぎて気持ち良いです。自律神経も整う感じがします。毎日寝ころばないと物足りない気がしてきます。

シャクティマット、気になっていたのですがなんにせよお値段が可愛くない。どんなものなのか試すところもなく、周囲で使っている人もいなかったところアマゾンでジェネリック品を発見。開封時から触るのが痛いくらいのスパイクで、こと他のレビューによると本家はこれよりも鋭いとのことなので恐怖すら感じましたが・・ 数日使ううちにこれなしでは眠れることができない体になりました。本家にはアドバンスといって更にこのスパイクが少ない（つまり圧力分散されないのでより痛い）ものがあるそうで、そちらを買ってみようと思います。まずはこちらで試すのもありかなと思います。
