**Q: Does the quality change much in a year?  How much change do you notice over time? Not sure if buying a large quantity makes sense! Thanks**
A: I use a lot of pepper in my cooking and use these white peppercorns in a medley with black and green peppercorns.  I go through it fairly quickly, so I wouldn't necessarily consider this a large quantity, but I haven't noticed any degradation in flavor.

**Q: Is this product packaged in a tree nut free facility?**
A: How would I know . I was a buyer, not a seller. Contact the seller.

**Q: Do you still carry indobold Lampung?**
A: I never did. I'm not a seller of anything.

**Q: What process is used to remove the outer portion? Heat destroys vitamin C - is it used on this product at all?**
A: Vitamin C? For the tiny amount of pepper used in cooking, it doesn't matter. But I've read that the outer dark layers are milled off.
