Review: With the current conditions, WFH, a laptop stand became a must have. Took me almost a month to make the decision, after many website reviews and YouTube videos, I decided on Roost, was a bit expensive still thought of giving it a go. After about 2.5 months of daily (workday) use, I must admit, its really sturdy (I uses it for my 14' Thinkpad and also for my 13' MacBook Pro) and fold it on a daily basis. It's easy to operate... 3 stage adjustable height works perfectly for me and is very portable. Once Laptop is mounted on it, its firm on the table (rubber grips) and laptop would not fall off (with normal use... ) as it has got an elasticated grip to hold laptop in place. Highly recommended.

A: Yes V2 of the Roost is available on Amazon. V1 is no longer available.

**Q: Is there something from this company or similar that will work with a  Surface Pro 4?**
A: The current Roost Laptop Stand will hold tablets very securely at an inclined angle, as seen in this picture: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CenyiESW8AAWt3u.jpg:largeAdditionally, Roost users have successfully used the "kickstand" of the Surface Pro while in the Roost to get the screen in a more upright position.

**Q: Does the highest setting work with the tilt angle of microsoft surface book? the surface book does not unfold backward as much as other laptops**
A: Yes, the Microsoft Surface Book will open wide enough at the highest Roost setting for a vertical laptop screen.  Details: The Roost requires the laptop's screen to open ~128 degrees at highest setting. The Microsoft Surface Book opens ~130 degrees, so the Surface Book will open far enough.

**Q: Does this fit a 15" Dell, it looks like it should, but is there a combatability chart?**
A: I have a Dell XPS 15 and it fits perfectly.
