Goes on pasty, dries after a few minutes, then dries more and more over time. Controls like a crayon, not for detailed work. I like it. Too many details: In general, blue and purple stuff never glow very well under ultra violet light (UV) light, that's just the nature of how colors work under light of a similar color to themselves. So you should only ever expect pink, orange, yellow and green to glow well. That said, there seems to be enough pink mixed in the purple here that it actually does a pretty good job of glowing for purple... though it kinda just looks like a darker pink under UV.
