You'll want to make sure it's installed in such a way in your ceiling that the ceiling can support it and canvas backdrops. **Q: does the mount work with cardboard tubes paper backdrops come with?** A: Yes? I order sizes 107x36 with mine and they work just fine. Depending on the cardboard you may or may not have to guide the paper up with one hand as you're using the remote just to make sure it rolls back up evenly without a hitch. Usually they do tho. **Q: Is there an alternative to the expensive tubes? I want to hang 107x36 paper but the tubes are like $50 a piece on here. What do y'all use ?** A: I use 2" pvc with velcro strips to hang mine **Q: What is the best type of background to use with the 4roller motorized system so that it doesn’t break?** A: I use the 107"x36' paper backgrounds. Very standard roll of paper used in photo studios. Use any color. Completely worth the money *by T***Y on July 28, 2021* I bought because of another review that I read and it was completely worth it ### ⭐⭐ BEWARE-MUST BE PLUGGED TO AN OUTLET *by A***R on August 16, 2024* Oh God, where do I start? The instructions does not read correctly. It literally looks like someone didn’t spell check it. And they are not in the appropriate sequence. My biggest issue is with the battery that come attached to the motor. 1st- you cannot unattached the battery to charge it, you must unmount it from the wall mount, which means unhook the bars and remove it (thankfully my father was nearby and could help me. I don’t know how I would’ve done it by myself). I noticed that when I went to charge the battery the light was green which I would assume means that it is fully charged (the instructions do not specify what the green means), so I mounted it to the wall and finished installation with my Dad. Once I was done and tried to use it, I noticed that the motor was not on. It didn’t show a channel or anything. I had to unmount it and Plug it back in to charge. As you can see in my video the battery is charging it but once I unplug it , it shuts back off. I charged it for another 2 hours and the same thing happened. I am so annoyed because now that means that the motor will not work unless it is plugged into an outlet. For the amount of money this cost, the battery not working is ridiculous. What if there is no outlet on the wall it is mounted on?
