I highly recommend these - and the customer service has been outstanding, so I'm of course revising my star status to 5. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Right out of the box they had sporadic crackling in my ear. The only way I can describe it is like electrical static that causes the sound to cut out for a second or two before resuming back to 'normal'. While that in and of itself isn't really a huge issue, it becomes a huge issue when you're supposed to be taking notes while listening to speakers say their piece in a virtual conference call. The cutting out of the sound makes it very hard to follow along and make sure your note-taking is spot on. I followed the sellers recommendation of trying it in other devices besides my laptop, cleaning potential dust off the plug, etc. to no avail. I think it's a manufacturing defect, so I cannot in good conscience recommend these to anyone.
