Review: What a unit - So I've got a tried and true Royal cross cut shredder that I've had for over 20 years. After about 30 minutes it overheats and then we have to wait for 20 minutes while it cools off. This Frossvt shredder has yet to overheat and we've used it for hours. It's a workhorse. A bit pricy but so was my 20 year old shredder. I've had it for three months. We went thru the entire house and shredded almost everything older than 7 years (tax reasons), filled up trash bag after trash bag and this shredder kept working. It's much quieter and faster than my older shredder and is a breeze to empty. The clear window let's you know exactly when to empty the shredder. If you're balking at the price, don't. It's worth every penny.

Great shredder until it stopped working after 6 months. I was able to get in touch with the seller and they worked to get resolution and sending a new unit to me. Customer service is spot on! They updated their manual, so of you email customer support and don’t hear from them quickly, contact them through Amazon and they will resolve your issue.
