How does it turn out?** A: This is how I make it: 2 cups of heavy cream 3 cups of whole milk 1 cup of sugar Mix the 2 cups of heavy cream + 2 cups of whole milk and heat up until simmering, keep it low to avoid burning it. They fit about 1.5 quarts and I have a little extra in the machine that I either eat or just put in a small Tupperware dish.
