A packet makets 6 miffins, so I would suggest 2 packets to make an average loaf. **Q: Can canned corn be added to this mix?** A: Yes, and I make a mexi casserole with it. Cooked ground beef, peppers, onions, canned corn, layer one half cornbread mix on bottom of pan,,add other ingredients and top with remaining better, then a little honey on top. Delicious.. **Q: Does this contain gmo/ge ingredients ?** A: My packages don't state NON- gmo/ge ingredients. so it probably does contain them.
