So versatile to meet your measuring needs. A great bargain for these measuring jars. Quality you vouch for in it. Review: Nice quality. Love them so far - So far I love these and love using them. So much better than the 'pyrex' (lower-case) ones I have bought multiple times over the years due to fading paint making them unreadable. The Anchor Hocking ones pour well, and are nicely marked... easy to read. There are also nice measurement increments printed on the side. I love the variety of sizes included in the package, too! So far, they seem nicely durable and the paint seems resistant to fade. I guess time will tell on that, after more times through the dishwasher, but my impression and hunch is that these will last quite a bit longer than the 'pyrex' ones. I once messaged Pyrex asking where I could buy 'PYREX' (upper-case) measuring cups because lower-case ones weren't lasting (paint job) and seemed of poor quality (purspout spills all over). They never replied. This made my decision to switch to Anchor Hocking that much easier, and so far I have zero regrets on switching ## Features - INCLUDES: This set contains (1) 5-Oz glass measuring cup, (1) 1-cup glass measuring cup, (1) 2-cup glass measuring cup, and (1) 4-cup glass measuring cup. These items will sit inside each other but not tightly. If you do nest them inside of each other we would recommend putting a paper towel in between just to cushion against glass to glass contact. This will reduce the likelihood of chipping on the rims or spouts. Thank You **Q: Imperial or US measure? The two are very similar but not identical. Description says Imperial but I would expect a US company to use US measuring.** A: I believe they have both. What little cooking I do does not require precise measurements so I haven't payed much attention. Looking now, I find one side lists one cup, 3/4 cup etc. next to ounces. The other side lists cup measures next to MLS. When I carefully filled the measure to the one cup measure on one side it was very slightly different than the other side. Hope this helps. **Q: Are these made with borosilicate glass?** A: Thank you for your interest in our products. Today, all U.S. manufactured glass bakeware, regardless of manufacturer, is made from tempered soda-lime-silicate glass. Tempered or heat-strengthened bakeware is designed to strengthen the glass to be more durable and stronger than other glass products. A similar, although not identical tempering process is used for other glass products where safety is also important, such as automobile windows, sliding glass doors, and shower doors. This would include the measuring cups you pictured. Thank you **Q: Are the oz measurements corresponding to fluid ounces or weight ounces?** A: Thank you for your interest in our products. The markings are for fluid ounces on the measuring cups. Thank You ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice set of measuring jugs *by F***G on 8 May 2024* A set of solid well made measuring jars.
