Then you should wait at least an hour to let the mesh/screen relax and stretch a little. You could re-tighten it the next day etc. however I do not see the point as long as the screen snaps back and is tight I never found a need to get that precise or tighten my screens that tight. If it is necessary and that is what your going towards just wait and re tighten it. If it does rip at 50+ n/cm2 just cut another piece it’s cheap enough to not really break the bank or matter… **Q: What is the difference between 110 & 160?** A: Density is different, 160 is more dense than 110. when you don't know what mesh size to use, please use 110 mesh, which is enough to cope with the vast majority of cases.
