I have used a number of the nationally-branded meal preparation delivery services and the quality/price of this product is superior. I had the wild Alaskan salmon with Meyer lemon and herb panko for dinner last night and it was terrific - the fish is very fresh, the ingredients are prepared and provided in a way that is both informative and very tasty, and the portion size is perfect for two people. It would also be perfect for dinner on one night and as a "leftover" meal for lunch or dinner the following day. The nutritional breakdown is excellent given how much food is provided in the meal preparation kit. Everything that you need is included in the box, down to the aluminum foil needed for the oven. Amazon Fresh delivery is very convenient, and the meal can be prepared in twenty minutes or so WITH preparation (very little) and cooking time. Overall, a truly fantastic product that I highly recommend that you try for yourself. They refer to it as Keta salmon on their website, not on the package, hoping you won’t look it up. This is one of the worst tasting species of salmon swimming, very low in fat and, ironically, very hard to cook well. This company is exploiting interest in sustainability while passing off salmon used primarily in dog food as a premium offering.
