Small problem the spring assist broke after 4 months as an EDC, but seller promptly replaced the knife and have had no problems with number 3 now for over 5 months. Number one was over two years old when I lost it and never had any problems. This is a great inexpensive EDC keeps an edge and works flawlessly. The seller stands behind their product. I could not be happier, and as you can see I would definitely buy again. Review: Excellent Utility Knife! - Used virtually every day for one thing or another. Opens easily with left or right hand. Razor sharp blade for breaking down boxes, cutting wire ties, opening packages... Too many uses to list. Blade is strong, sharpens well, and holds an edge for a long time. In my pocket and stays with me all day, every day. The best pocket knife I’ve ever carried. Heavily used with NO issues whatsoever. UPDATE: Just purchased my second one! Razor sharp, holds an edge, opens easily, locks open, and easy to close. Will buy another as a gift, and perhaps a fourth as a hedge against the possibility of the item becoming unavailable. Equivalent or better than many, more expensive knives. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01J6FT4AQ | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Brand | VORTEK | | Brand Name | VORTEK | | Color | Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 76 Reviews | | Included Components | Knife | | Item Length | 8.63 inches | | Part Number | VT-362GN | | Power Source | Manual | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Recommended Uses For Product | Camping | | Special Feature | Pocket Clip,Folding | | Special Features | Pocket Clip,Folding | | Style | Modern | | UPC | 688474239777 | ## Product Details - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Camping - **Brand:** VORTEK - **Special Feature:** Pocket Clip,Folding - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Included Components:** Knife - **Color:** Stainless Steel - **Style:** Modern - **Power Source:** Manual - **Product Care Instructions:** Hand Wash Only - **Item Length:** 8.63 Inches ## Images ![VORTEK Ball Bearing Pivot System Heavy Duty EDC Folding Pocket Knife: 8Cr13MoV Razor Sharp Blade - LMF Style Pommel with Lanyard - Smooth Fast One Hand Opening - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91RI7SMIgxL.jpg) ![VORTEK Ball Bearing Pivot System Heavy Duty EDC Folding Pocket Knife: 8Cr13MoV Razor Sharp Blade - LMF Style Pommel with Lanyard - Smooth Fast One Hand Opening - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/915evb6Lb7L.jpg) ![VORTEK Ball Bearing Pivot System Heavy Duty EDC Folding Pocket Knife: 8Cr13MoV Razor Sharp Blade - LMF Style Pommel with Lanyard - Smooth Fast One Hand Opening - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91iodnnlyyL.jpg) ![VORTEK Ball Bearing Pivot System Heavy Duty EDC Folding Pocket Knife: 8Cr13MoV Razor Sharp Blade - LMF Style Pommel with Lanyard - Smooth Fast One Hand Opening - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91+TBQhonFL.jpg) ![VORTEK Ball Bearing Pivot System Heavy Duty EDC Folding Pocket Knife: 8Cr13MoV Razor Sharp Blade - LMF Style Pommel with Lanyard - Smooth Fast One Hand Opening - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91kKrZzO+EL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this knife!! *by T***K on April 9, 2020* It is really sturdy, I had lost the first one of these I bought, so had to buy again. The spring assist isn't super smooth at first, but quickly got better. Definitely recommend if you prefer bulkier knives. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/73035441-vortek-ball-bearing-pivot-system-heavy-duty-edc-folding-pocket](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/73035441-vortek-ball-bearing-pivot-system-heavy-duty-edc-folding-pocket) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
