I secured mine to my wife's three wheeled walker with plastic tie wraps and the wire lead must be fitted to the frame using an unpainted nut or screw (you may need to drill a small hole in the frame to accomplish this) Before fully tightening the tie wraps ensure there are about 1"-2" of rubber on the ground.
