A: The Calcium Magnesium (citrate/malate) serving is 3 capsules with 225 mg of calcium (as calcium citrate/malate) and 225 mg of magnesium (as magnesium citrate/malate) per serving.  One capsule would be about 75 mg of both ingredients.

**Q: What is the ratio of malate to citrate for the magnesium and clcium?  Why would they not put that information out on the label or their website?**
A: The Calcium to Magnesium is a 1:1 ratio. There is approximately 10.5% malate and 20% citrate in the product for a total of 300 mg of citrate and 625mg of malate.
