You may think you are getting a good deal but beware if you are anything like me you’ll want more and more and more and these are not cheap especially if you get by the piece in drug stores . They add up or not on sale. Even on sale they are pricey but they are so so yummy. I don’t know if i want to gove it one star for being addictive and costing quite a bit with a habit/not to mention weight gain or 5 stars plus because they are so yummy. I thought wrongly ok if i get the thinnbars they s add are less calories so its harm reduction but then i just eat twice as much. Stay far far away if you have addictive tendencies with chocolate,especially if on a budget, diet Or have diabetes.

A: 21grams+12 grams+33 grams

A: Not sure how much you know about nutrition, so I'm going to make this as complete as possible. These bars have NO added sugar, listed as sugar. However, they have honey and glucose, which are sugars, giving each bar 12 grams of sugar when factoring in the sugar that coconut has in it as well. Now, the glycemic index is low. I love these bars and look at them as a dessert, much healthier than, say, a candy bar.Here is the entire ingredient list in order of amount, from most to least: Almonds, coconut, honey, glucose, crisp rice, chicory root fiber, and soy lecithin.

**Q: what is the sugar content?**
A: The nutrition facts on the back of the box indicate total sugars at 9g.

**Q: If I'm having it shipped to Arizona in August how do you keep it from melting?**
A: Unfortunately, this time of year, there is no way for us to prevent melting. We do not ship with cold packs. If you are concerned, I would wait until cooler weather prevails, or try and find it more locally, to avoid that possibility.

So beware chocolate and nut lovers, sugar addicts .. this stuff is habit forming. It’s ridiculously yummy. You may think you are getting a good deal but beware if you are anything like me you’ll want more and more and more and these are not cheap especially if you get by the piece in drug stores . They add up or not on sale. Even on sale they are pricey but they are so so yummy.
