Review: 小分けにして飲みやすいのでパウダータイプにしました。薄めればそれ程飲みづらく無いように思います。付属スプーンの半分を500mlくらいの水で溶いて午前中に、後の半分くらいを午後からちょっとずつ飲んでいます。個人的にビタミンCを抜くと肌荒れし出すので、食事であまり取れていないのだろうと思うので、小分けで飲めるパウダータイプのサプリメントはありがたいです。非遺伝子組み換えなのも良いです。リピすると思います。

日本の水道の塩素含有量が高すぎて、帰国するたびに肌荒れを起こしてしまう為、湯船に浸かる際はこれを2-3スクープ分入れて入るようにしています。 入れた直後は多少鉄っぽい臭いがしますが、5分ほど時間をおいたり、入浴剤を入れると気になりません。 ちゃんと中和されて肌荒れを起こさないで済むので今後も無くなったら買おうと思います。
