I just bought this same thing for $9.27 at Walmart. If this is 2 packs of 46, each it's a good buy but otherwise no go.** A: Price gouging, that's why. And it's illegal. **Q: Are these pads good for urinary incontinence?** A: Yes, I also use them for that purpose. I haven't so far tried anything specifically designed for incontinence.
