How often should it be changed?** A: I’m using them in aligner trays that I change weekly. I usually put a new one in with each new aligner change, though the orthodontist says I could transfer them from one aligner to the next until they look worn. I had some difficulty removing them to transfer, so I just started going with a new one with each new tray. Theoretically, they could last for a good while if you’re careful on transfers of if you’re using them in a retainer. It’s a good product and serves its purpose well. **Q: "Yes what i mean is do i have to put them into hot water to mould them onto my teeth"** A: No. You insert into the clear “retainer” to fill the gap caused by missing teeth.
