If I leave it on the warming plate for a while when there is only about half and inch of beverage left it does get a little too hot to drink comfortably though, but that’s to be expected. I bet if I turned the temp down when I’m nearing the end of my tea it would be just fine. **Q: Is the mug dishwasher safe?** A: To prolong the mug's lifespan, we recommend not to wash it by dishwasher.
