Thank you** A: Our coffee is passive organic, which is the same as organic, no sprays, no GMO, etc., but without paying big money to USDA for official organic seal. I put the opened package in refrigerator **Q: What about the packaging? Is it packaged in plastic? Shipped in plastic?** A: It comes in a box with protective plastic inside. **Q: zero calories??** A: That's probably true, until you put in the Brain Octane Oil, Grass-fed Ghee, and Collagen Peptides Protein, in which case you have a few hundred calories from healthy fats. The only qualm I have about buying it on Amazon, and this is from my most recent purchases, is that it’s not as fresh as if you buy it from Bulletproof directly. It’s a trade-off getting the free delivery and a bit lower cost on Amazon, but I love the freshest coffee. It’s not expired but just a few months from expiration. It’s just not as fresh. Also, my two most recent purchases came with the beans crushed so it isn’t handled with care.
