My curls are soft and shiny despite how much aggressive dye and bleach I've put them through, and my hair overall has never been healthier and thicker. I don't have problems with tangles and snarles anymore, and it feels hydrated all the time. The packaging is also well done- pretty and very functional. I'm able to get all of the product out of the bottle easily, and it's never leaked in transit- usually it has a sticker over the pump to keep it sealed.
