There are some main differences between the two models besides the obvious styling of this wingtip model. First, these have a snip style toe (see the photos that I uploaded) versus the Sage's pointed toe. Second, these run true to size that I normally wear, which is a D width instead of the EE (Wide) width required of the Sage model.Differences aside, these are beautifully crafted and comfortable right out of the box. I love the chocolate color, which is deep and better than in the photos that I posted. My Sage models were a black pair and a black cherry pair (my favorite finish by far.)The mesh like lining in the shaft is identical to the Sage models that I own, and are a major reason why I purchased these: they aid in sliding your feet in and out of the boot.
