I put it in 3 size 0 capsules, and took it that way which I didn't get the throat effect, but I wasn't sure if I was getting any value by putting it in capsules. I tried taking it under the tongue again, and once again my throat is irritated, almost like I was coughing all day long. I haven't been on this product long enough to really know if it "works" or not, but I can say I haven't noticed anything different in my body. I already have good dreams, and lots of energy, so this may be overshadowing the true affects of what this product can do.
