I opted for the powder since It’s a bit easier for me to take than the pill. I ordered my first batch mid June, I ordered my second batch Mid July. I completed batch number two in August. I got follow up testing in October. This was two months of intake 1 month off results. My iron went from 70 in June to 161 in an October. I didn’t have any stomach issues or constipation. I had no side effects what so ever. The powder was pretty great and easy to take, I only drank water with it to help get it into my system but it is not needed. My iron levels sky rocketed in a good way. The effectiveness is the proof shown from my patient portal. The cost is on the pricier side BUT it works.
