Try this one. Cutting open the bag the aroma was very promising.......coffee as coffee should smell. I set my Iberital grinder to the finest setting and these beans ground perfectly. I like my espresso strong and long so 20grms in and 60ml out. The very first extraction was IMO perfection...just how I like my espresso. The pull was IMO perfect...no channeling, no spitting just a lovely swirl to a central crema flow. Taste was, again IMO, how espresso should be...strong, not acidic or sour with a lasting flavour of coffee(what else?) chocolate and that certain something that defies description but you know comes from a good espresso. I have bought from Rave, Pact, Spiller & Tait and others....all are lovely espresso/latte coffees but at a much higher price point and it is that which helps this coffee (CREMA COFFEE BEANS) top my list of beans to keep in store. Will I buy again? Most certainly. These will be my every day go to beans. Will I buy others? Sure ...we all need variety but others will be purchased only a few times a year now I have found these.
