Does it include wheat flour?** A: I bought these a year ago and at that time is was gluten free (I have celiac, hubby speaks German). **Q: What are the ingredients please?** A: Sorry that was the Vanille Sauce. This are the Ingredients for the Pudding : Cornstarch, dextrose, carrageenan, artificial flavor, salt, artificial flavor, salt, artificial color, yellow 5 (E102), yellow 6 (E110) **Q: Is it really vegan? It has milk flavor in it. I know it says "artificial". Hopefully that is what it is.** A: I don't know if it is vegan, I use it all the time , but in checking a German website, I found that it is vegan if you don't use milk, but soy products to cook with it. Unfortunately, stores that carry these products are few and far between in my area so I thought I'd try ordering on amazon.
