Designed to promote muscle relaxation, joint health, and deep aromatherapy inspired by the Japanese practice of forest bathing, this bath additive transforms your routine into a restorative, nature-immersive experience. ## Description Ancient Minerals Forest Calm is a deeply grounding and restorative nature-focused mineral soak, inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, which translates to ‘taking in the forest atmosphere’ or ‘forest bathing.’ Review: Pain Relief and Softened Skin! - If you are looking for something to add to your foot soaking experience, this is very fragrant and the magnesium seems to help relax and renew tired painful feet. I just shared a foot soak experience with my husband. He soaked his feet first for ten minutes and I could tell this softened and got rid of some dry skin on his feet. When I used it I noticed my feet were not in pain while walking around right afterwards. The scent of the essentials oils are heavenly really duplicating a forest atmosphere. The bag just sitting in my bedroom on a shelf scented the whole area after I had just opened it and then closed it up again. So the quality of the essential oils in this magnesium mixture is very high! I will get this again, especially for the pain relief! I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice. I will however say I'm impressed with this ancient minerals product! This is something you won't want to live without. ~The Rebecca Review Review: Great product! - This has such a calming scent and I love using this during pregnancy for a nice magnesium boost. It absorbs well into the water and it doesn’t make your skin feel like it has a film. ## Features - Transform Your Bathing Experience: Our Forest Calm bath flakes transport you to a tranquil mineral-rich deep forest hot spring in the comfort of your own home - Brand: Ancient Minerals - Number of items: 1 - Item form: Flake - Scent: Woodsy, Natural - Material feature: Natural - Item form: Crystal ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DKB3ZNTR | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Age range (description) | Adult | | Bathwater Additive Type | Bath Salt | | Brand | Ancient Minerals | | Brand Name | Ancient Minerals | | Coin Variety 1 | Magnesium Bath Flakes - Forest Calm | | Color | Green | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 215 Reviews | | Item Form | Flake | | Item Highlight | Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes with forest-scent essential oils.
