I have to be careful not to squeeze it as I shake a few drops onto my food. The taste is very similar to L & P. There is a delicious spicy savour to it which lifts just about everything. At home, I used it in soups, stews, casseroles, curries, lasagna, pasta sauces… The price was a little higher than I would have liked, but that’s a relatively minor point.
