**Q: Will the ad400 fit?**
A: Is it a Bowen’s Mount ? If so. Yes

**Q: Is it as strudy as Aputure light dome? And will it fit Aputure 120d?**
A: Nope not as sturdy and a bit of a pain to set up but it will fit the 120d.

**Q: Can these be used with Alienbees?**
A: Needs to be speed ring mount .
