Also good for putting a char on things, and for making things like creme brulee. Each can lasts a long time. i have had mine for over a year and I am still using the first can. I don't use it often, though.

A: I'm only speculating here, but that's a compressed flammable gas and storing hazardous material might go against some kind of building code or policy that the Amazon locker is located.
