It can also cause "disaster pants" in some individuals, as the level of digestive discomfort is usually quite high. ONE lollipop is prob not an issue, but 3 or 4 or more may be too much. I would personally count these as 2.5 net carbs, for our own tracking purposes. **Q: I just want to verify they do not have any soy** A: I did not see soy in the ingredients.
