Good quality for price. I love the addition to my porch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patience needed *by C***N on January 8, 2024* Lots to do here. I had to put 2 of these together first one was the lesson 2nd was easier. Directions can confuse you. I think there is a video I didn't realize it until I was done, I suggest you watch it. Wasn't hard to assemble just have to take it slow dont hurry. I used some small washers at the top connection s since the screws provided would not firmly hold down hanger the would cause it to slip out of groove when tightening. Running the string proved to be an ordeal you have alot of feet to pull through then at final stage you will have to sinch it up all over to take out the slack to put the string lock on. After all is said and done they look good and shade the sun out of your eyes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice shades!! *by H***N on July 24, 2021* My husband and I installed 3 of these shades on our porch to block the sun in the early morning and early evening. I chose the beige color, hoping the light would pass thru while the shade would block the direct sun and heat. So far, we are very happy with these shades!Some of the reviews I read said the rods were difficult or impossible to assemble. I struggled with trying to make them fit together, too, until my husband put them on a large flat surface, and we sprayed the ends of the rods with WD-40. Once we were able to get them started, they went together fairly easily, but the fine threads were a challenge.
