I finally had time to use this carpet shampooer, it is amazing! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. My one cat that is 16 yrs old, eats his fur and several days later, it comes back up with food and the hair. I had several spots that were several weeks old and after passing over them about 3 times they came right up. Scent is wonderful. It does foam up a little too much, but that is a small issue compared how well it brings up 2-3 week stains. This review is no BS too, it really works that great. I highly recommend this product and will continue to buy it until I can afford to have my off white Berber carpet replaced.
