Yes it’s very big, the functions super simple to be honest: ice, clean and on/off.When you get the tank option you don’t get the connection for plumbing. Tank big enough; I send it back, kind slow ice producing, noise acceptable.Machine assembly super easy just connect the pipe to the tank. Not the best fit for me because I don’t need or want the machine producing ice 24/7 ### ⭐ Nowhere near worth the price *by M***H on July 2, 2025* Why did you pick this product vs others?:Instruction packet fairly useless and incorrect. Made ice the first two days, makes a lot of noise. Third day it decided to do a cleaning cycle and now will not make ice. I like the external tank to fill, the hose on the back to drain is a very poor design. Returning this non-working unit. I really dislike the "partial refund" option Amazon offered. $60 to keep a non-working unit? Makes no sense. They made returning non-working items as difficult as possible. I LOVE this one.I hooked it up to a waterline and got a filter. The machine is worth it just for that reason! I hated having to fill my old one with water from the tap.Pretty easy to hook up too. There is a customer service number, which we did have to call for a quick question. They answered quickly and knew what we were asking. So that was good!I love the easy easy to drain the reservoir.The ice tastes delicious and it makes a LOT of ice very quickly. We have a family of 4 using it all day every day. There's plenty to go around.You won't regret spending a little more to get the waterline connection!
