I have a heavy duty hammer drill to do the job, but I know it can be a little imprecise by hand, so I decided to pick up this guide. It essentially turned my handheld drill into a drill press. I was able to move hole to hole with ease, using the bubble level to ensure the holes are drilled true for each post. It worked without issues for installing 80' of perimeter fencing. The guide seems very well made from heavy gauge welded steel, and the shaft guide bearing was a nice touch.
