During the day I am generally ok, but at night I can have problems with stuffy nose and chest congestion. I bought this product because of the reviews I read on Amazon. So, I want to be as honest as I can. This does help with the stuffy nose to the point of clearing the nasal passage...temporarily. By temporarily I mean you might have to use it again within 30 minutes to an hour, but sometimes once is enough to get through the night. It does a better job on the stuffy nose than the chest congestion, though it does help make breathing easier. It is very pleasant to use. It is very strong, but not overpowering. Though, I had hoped for a miracle cure (I get over dramatic) this product pretty much does what it is says it will do. I would recommend it as long as you realize it does not perform miracles.
