It slides in and out from under my cabinet easily and takes up very little space. It pulls wonderful espresso shots that taste divine. Cons: the steam wand/hot water dispenser does not get hot enough. I have to either heat up my milk first then use the wand for foam or I have to heat it up after. It never heats up the milk enough. I used it for a hot americano the other day and it was also not hot. I would say it heats up to just barely warm. If the steam wand worked better I would give this 5 stars.
